Overview
This website is operated by Bimbletail. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bimbletail. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You may not use our products or services for an unlawful purpose or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
Online store and fulfillment
Products may be sourced, processed, and shipped by third-party suppliers, including from warehouses outside your country. Items in one order may ship separately.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities, correct errors, or discontinue a product where reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
Product information
We try to present product descriptions, measurements, colors, availability, images, and prices accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing changes, and normal production variation can affect how an item appears. Measurements may have reasonable tolerances. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and selecting the correct size, model, color, plug type, and other options before ordering.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions and update or cancel affected orders where necessary. Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted.
Orders and customer information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. You authorize us and our service providers to use the information necessary to process payment, prevent fraud, fulfill the order, provide support, and comply with law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may request verification or contact you about suspected fraud, errors, restrictions, or unavailable items.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping estimates, delivery responsibilities, customs information, and address requirements are described in our Shipping Policy. Eligibility and procedures for cancellations, replacements, returns, and refunds are described in our Refund and Return Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Bimbletail name, branding, site design, original text, graphics, and other content owned by us may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or exploited without written permission. Third-party names and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimbletail is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Bimbletail against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Severability and waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bimbletail’s place of establishment, without depriving customers of mandatory consumer protections that apply in their place of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted.
